The Felicia Stern Team

Which includes Felicia, Monique and Lauren, specializes in home buying and selling on Philadelphia’s Main Line and its surrounding areas. With over 50 years of combined experience, they work together to ensure a seamless, successful transaction for all their clients. Their first goal when meeting their buyers and sellers is to understand their clients’ priorities and needs. Their expertise, insights and judgment from years of experience help their clients make sound and well-reasoned decisions. They support each other to ensure that their clients receive prompt and efficient service throughout the transaction – and beyond.

Most of the team's clients are referred to them by past buyers and sellers. Their reputation is based on their undoubted integrity, high ethical standards and commitment to provide their clients with personal attention, knowledge of the real estate market, high energy and availability. Prior to joining Compass in January 2019, Felicia and Monique were affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway where they received numerous prestigious awards, including the Legend Award, Top of the Rock, Chairman's Circle, and President’s Circle. They were consistently ranked in the top 5% of Berkshire Hathaway agents nationwide.

Lauren, a recent addition to their team brings a wealth of experience which includes client relations, staging, project and move management.
