Welcome to Gladwyne
Centrally located between Center City, Philadelphia and King of Prussia with easy access to I-76 (Schuykill Expressway), the village of Gladwyne has the vibe of a quiet, walkable, wooded colonial town. Bloomberg Business Week ranked Gladwyne as 6th richest suburb in the United States in 2018 but Gladwyne has a history of being a desirable place to live with the 1690 house being the oldest standing structure in Lower Merion! Residents enjoy the 102 acre Rolling Hill Park, the Philadelphia Country Club, the Philadelphia Cricket Club, the Riverbend Education Center, and the Union League Guard House, a private members only dining room. The Bridelwild Trail extends 22 miles through various parks and estates and allows travel by foot or horse. The town also enjoys the Stony Lane Swim Club, a library and zoning for Lower Merion School District.
